General Ability, often referred as general aptitude plays a significant role in the Australian Curriculum. In today’s time, education is not just limited to be academically sound, but an overall development of skills which prepare the student to take on the upcoming challenges with confidence. Hence skills like, creative thinking, problem solving ability are a complimentary dimension to learning. We believe in identifying the gaps in these skills and prepare each child at his own pace unleashing their true potential.

Our Approach

The program focuses on the students capability to apply knowledge and skills in various circumstances with their ability to think and reason well. Our worksheets are creative endeavour of context to situation, investigations and analysis. A tailored sequence of content works on step by step progress on enhancing your analytical , numerical and abstract reasoning skills. As the students progress, we increase the level of worksheet to help stimulate their minds. The depths of questions allows students to progress on higher levels before they explore them at school giving them an edge over their peers, improving their overall confidence.

What we offer

The underlying goal of general ability is to enhance overall intellectual potential of each student while working on individual strengths and weaknesses. Our programs are integrated with literacy and numericals skills. The students develop critical and creative thinking and ability to solve problems. The skills are embedded through reason, logic and imagination and adopt innovative approach to solve problems. Critical thinking skills are taught through interpreting, reasoning, evaluating and explaining case studies. Creative thinking are applying new ideas in a specific situation, identifying an alternative approach, thinking out of the box or simply act on intuition. General Ability is taught from year 2 to year 6 and is based on the curriculum at school.
