Terms and Conditions

Time is of the essence they say and we couldn’t agree more. Unlike any other tutoring services, the Sprouts Academy follows a very focussed and disciplined process of functioning. To give you a better understanding of it we have chalked out here:

Tutoring Sessions

  • Each class will be for 1.5 hours with a 15 minute break in between each subject’s tutoring.
  • Our tuition academy aligns with the government school calendar (four 10-week terms) which students are familiar with.
  • Students get a minimum of 10 sessions of each per term each session carefully divided between their tuition subjects; Maths, English and General Studies.
  • Your child will have the same weekly timetable till it is revised by us.
  • If your regular session falls on a public holiday or student-free day, we will gladly reschedule for another day. Usually, students prefer to schedule their catch-up one hour before or after a regular session, effectively booking what we call a “double-session”. However, we need you to book as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time.


  • Sprouts Academy will send an invoice to the parents/guardians at the start of the term
  • Payments must be made to the Sprouts Academy within 3 days of the date of the invoice.
  • All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If you are not able to attend the class due to any reason, you are requested to notify us 6hours in advance via phone, text, or email. Failure to inform will result in the parents/ guardians being charged for the lesson

Rescheduling sessions

  • Sprouts Academy believes in a personal approach and building long terms relationships. Discipline is important but being human is more so. Having said that we understand that life is unpredictable and things don’t always go as planned. We’re happy to accommodate requests for rescheduling the tuitions.
  • Please contact our office via phone, text, or email for any scheduling needs. Minimum 3 Days’ notice is needed for rescheduling session.
  • Missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next school term. So please make sure your child utilises his time with in the paid period.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Under Australian Consumer Law: No refund, nor credit, will be given to any student who withdraws after the commencement of a course.
  • No refund, will be given should a student fail to attend every class or leave before the end of the course.

Late Attendance

If a student is late or leaves early we will still charge the full price for the tutorial. However, we will try to be flexible to accommodate unavoidable lateness by allowing the student to stay on after tutorials to complete exercises etc. when possible.

No Guarantees or Warranties

Please understand that Sprouts Academy does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of tutoring. We will provide the best tutors, study material and environment but the success of each depends on them alone.


From time to time we take photos whilst the tutorials are going on. These are used only for promotional purposes including online and print. As a Condition of Enrolment your consent is implied. Should you not wish us to take and use photos of you, your child please notify us in writing.

Changes of Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The current terms and conditions will always be displayed on this website. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these terms.
